Education Qualification For Posts

Assistant Account Officer:

• Officers with a minimum of 3 years of service in Pay Matrix Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) or its equivalent.
• Officers with at least 5 years of service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or its equivalent.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience: Relevant experience in managing Accounts, Budget, and Finance-related tasks.
• Desirable: Proficiency in basic computer skills for working in a computerized office environment.
• Duration: The initial appointment is for 3 years, extendable as per DoP&T norms.

Senior Personal Assistant / Personal Secretary (SR PA-PS):

• Officers with 3 years of regular service as a Personal Assistant in Pay Matrix Level 6 (₹35,400 – ₹1,12,400) or equivalent.
• Officers with 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or equivalent.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience: Experience in Personal Assistant or Personal Secretary-related roles.

Office Assistant:

• Officers with 3 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or equivalent.
• Officers with 5 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) or equivalent.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience: Experience in handling General Administration, Coordination, and Establishment-related tasks.

Assistant Accounts

• Option 1: Officers from Central Government, Autonomous Organizations, Regulatory Authorities, Universities, or Academic/Research Institutions holding a similar post or pay grade.
• Option 2: Officers with 3 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level 5 (₹29,200 – ₹92,300) or equivalent, with experience in accounts-related work.
• Option 3: Officers with 6 years of regular service in Pay Matrix Level 4 (₹25,500 – ₹81,100) or equivalent, with experience in accounts-related work.
• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree from a recognized university or institute.
• Experience: Relevant experience in managing Accounts, Budget, and Finance-related tasks.
• Desirable: Proficiency in basic computer skills for a computerized office environment.

Driver

• Educational Qualification: 10th standard pass from a recognized board.
• Experience & Skills:
• Experience in driving an official motor car.
• Valid driving license for motor cars.
• Knowledge of motor mechanisms and ability to perform minor vehicle repairs.
