महिला एवं बाल विकास Rajasthan Budget

• हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में 5 नए आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र खोले जाएंगे।
• आदिवासी समुदाय के बच्चों के लिए 250 नई मां बाड़ी ओपन की जायेगी।
• आंगनबाड़ी केंद्र के बच्चों को 3 दिन दूध मिलेगा। दूध पाउडर के लिए 200 करोड़ खर्च होंगे।
• 35 करोड़ खर्च में कामकाजी महिलाओं के लिए जिला स्तर पर हॉस्टल बनेंगे।
• पुलिस-सैनिक में बालिकाओं को भर्ती दिलाने के लिए संभागों में बालिका सैनिक स्कूल खोले जाएंगे।
• 15 लाख महिलाओं को लखपति दीदी बनाया जाएगा।
• सेल्फ हेल्प ग्रुप की महिलाओं को 2.5 फीसदी सालाना ब्याज दर पर कर्ज दिया जाएगा।

स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स, पाक विस्थापित और सस्ता लोन

• गोविंद गुरु जनजाति विकास योजना की शुरुआत होगी। इसके तहत आदिवासियों के विकास कार्य होंगे। वन अधिकार के तहत पट्टे मिलेंगे।
• प्रधानमंत्री आवास योजना के लाभार्थियों को 25 हजार रुपये का अतिरिक्त अनुदान दिया जायेगा।
• पाक विस्थापित परिवार को एक लाख रुपए की सहायता राशि प्रदान की जायेगी।
• स्ट्रीट वेंडर्स के लिए सीएम स्वनिधि योजना की शुरुआत होगी।
• बाबासाहब अंबेडकर आदर्श ग्राम योजना की शुरुआत की जायेगी।
• 100 करोड़ रुपए के खर्च में SC -ST के कर्मचारियों को रियायती दर पर सस्ता लोन उपलब्ध कराया जाएगा।
• 25 करोड़ प्रावधान के तहत EWS के लोगों को स्वरोजगार के लिए सस्ता कर्ज दिया जाएगा।

सड़क सुरक्षा और नए ट्रॉमा सेंटर

• प्रदेशभर के 10 ट्रॉमा सेंटर्स को ऑपरेशनल किया जाएगा।
• जयपुर, कोलाना, बांदीकुई, दौसा, पाली, प्रतापगढ़, सांडेराव समेत 6 नए ट्रॉमा सेंटर बनेंगे।
• राज्य को 25 नई एडवांस लाइफ सपोर्ट एंबुलेंस दी जाएगी।
• दुर्घटना में घायलों की जान बचाने के लिए प्रोत्साहन राशि 5000 से बढ़ाकर 10 हजार की गई।

• पूरे बजट का 8.26 प्रतिशत लगभग 27 हजार करोड़ का रुपए का प्रावधान स्वास्थ्य के लिए किया गया।
• आयुष्मान भारत योजना की तरह मुख्यमंत्री आयुष्मान आरोग्य (मां) योजना की शुरुआत होगी।
• आईपीडी के साथ डे केयर पैकेज जोड़ा जाएगा। शिशुओं और छोटे बच्चों के इलाज के लिए नए पैकेज जुड़ेंगे।
• छोटे दुर्गम स्थानों पर निजी अस्पतालों के इंपैनलमेंट के नियमों में रियायत मिलेगी।
• गर्भवती महिलाओं की प्रसव पूर्व जांच के लिए मुख्यमंत्री आयुष्मान आरोग्य योजना के तहत वाउचर दिया जाएगा।
• प्रदेश के हर विधानसभा क्षेत्र में एक आयुष्मान मॉडल सीएचसी शुरू किया जाएगा।
• अस्पतालों के लिए मां हेल्थ इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर मिशन की शुरुआत होगी। इसके तहत 15 हजार करोड़ के काम होंगे।
• प्रदेशभर में 1500 डॉक्टरों और 4000 नर्सिंगकर्मियों के नए पद सृजित किए जाएंगे।

• 250 करोड़ रुपए से महाराणा प्रताप स्पोट्‌र्स यूनिवर्सिटी का निर्माण होगा।
• 50-50 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से संभागीय स्तर पर स्पोट्‌र्स कॉलेज बनेंगे।
• वन डिस्ट्रिक्ट-वन स्पोर्ट स्कीम के तहत हर जिले में प्रचलित खेलों की एकेडमी स्थापित होगी।
• खेल आधुनिकीकरण मिशन तैयार होगा। 475 करोड़ की बजट राशि दोगुना होगी।
• प्रदेश के पदक विजेता खिलाड़ियों के लिए स्पोट्‌र्स लाइफ इंश्योरेंस योजना की शुरुआत होगी। इसमें 25 लाख का कवर मिलेगा।
• एसएमएस स्टेडियम में फिटनेस कैंप खोला जाएगा, जिससे उत्कृष्ट खिलाड़ियों को ट्रेनिंग मिल सके।
• ग्राम पंचायत स्तर पर ओपन जिम और खेल मैदान तैयार होंगे। पहले 10 हजार से अधिक आबादी वाली पंचायतों में ऐसा होगा।
• हर साल 50 करोड़ की लागत से ब्लॉक, जिला व राज्य स्तर पर खेलो राजस्थान यूथ गेम्स का आयोजन प्रतिवर्ष किया जाएगा।

• 500 करोड़ रुपए की लागत से डॉक्टर श्यामा प्रसाद मुखर्जी जिला उत्थान योजना शुरू की जाएगी।
• राज्य में 150 करोड़ की लागत से शहरी क्षेत्र में लाइब्रेरी और वाई-फाई कनेक्शन उपलब्ध करवाए जाएंगे।
• 150 करोड़ की लागत से शहरी क्षेत्र में फेज मैनर में बिजली की लाइनों को अंडरग्राउंड किया जाएगा।
• 65 करोड़ की लागत से हर नगरी निकाय में फायर ब्रिगेड की उपलब्धता करवाई जाएगी।

राजस्थान में बनेंगे ग्रीन फील्ड एक्सप्रेस-वे

• राज्य में पहली बार 2750 किमी से अधिक की लंबाई के 9 ग्रीन फील्ड एक्सप्रेस वे निर्मित होंगे।
• 30 करोड़ रुपये खर्च कर डीपीआर बनाई जाएगी।

सोलर पार्क और बिजली कनेक्शन

• प्रदेश में दो नए सोलर पार्क क्रमशः जैसलमेर और पूगल में बनाये जाएंगे।
• प्रदेश के सभी सरकारी दफ्तरों को फेज मैनर में सोलर एनर्जी से जोड़ा जाएगा।

• बिजली अभाव से जूझ रहे 208000 परिवारों को अगले 2 साल में घरेलू बिजली कनेक्शन दिए जाएंगे।
• प्रधानमंत्री सूर्य घर योजना के तहत आदर्श सौर ग्राम निर्मित किये जाएंगे।
• बिजली के लीकेज को रोकने के लिए इस साल 25 लाख से ज्यादा स्मार्ट मीटर लगाए जाएंगे।

जल जीवन मिशन (राजस्थान)

• 15 हजार करोड़ खर्च कर 25 लाख ग्रामीण घरों में नल से पानी पहुंचाया जाएगा।
• अतिरिक्त 5846 गांव को पेयजल उपलब्ध कराने के लिए 20 हजार करोड़ से अधिक की 6 परियोजना शुरु होगी।
• गांवो-शहरों में पेयजल योजनाओं के लिए अमृत 2.0 योजना के तहत 183 शहरों में 5 हजार 180 करोड़ के कार्य होंगे।
